2025 Arizona Law Enforcement Records Personnel Appreciation Day

November 6, 2025

Happy Arizona Law Enforcement Records Personnel Appreciation Day!!!

Your hard work and attention to detail play a vital role in the success of every department. Behind every report filed, every record maintained, and every request fulfilled is your professionalism, accuracy, and commitment to service. Though your work often happens behind the scenes, it is the foundation that keeps operations running smoothly and ensures justice and accountability are upheld.

Thank you for your diligence, confidentiality, and unwavering support. Your contributions truly make a difference every single day, and we are deeply grateful for all that you do to support your officers, your department, and your community.

Please send us pictures and stories to share!

Please meet Sandra Yaptangco. She is our records clerk for Williams PD. Sandra is a huge asset to the department, officers, and community. We appreciate all she does. I could not do this job without her!

Sierra Vista's Appreciation par-"tea"

We had a great day celebrating Records Appreciation Day. We ordered pizza and pasta from a local business, and they ladies loved it. They also received lots of beautiful gifts

The day was celebrated with each clerk receiving a gift bag of various goodies, lunch, and several visits from our Sworn personnel stopping by to say hello & to say thank you. And Sheriff Teeple dropped off some balloons and challenge coins were handed out to the clerks.

We had an amazing records appreciation day celebration. Our team does a 24-hour celebration to ensure our full team gets an opportunity to participate since we do shift work to follow the field. We celebrated with games, lots of food and decorations (our theme this year was All things Tucson).
